Class 13, Gorging

 By Nate Feldman

James is in his house.  He is chowing down on a massive bowl of spaghetti with marinara sauce.  There are two others bowls filled with pasta beside him.  Julie, his friend, comes in to talk with him.

Julie: Hey James!  What are you up to?

James: Nothing much.  Just chowing down on some pasta with homemade marinara sauce.  I'm so famished I could eat like three bowls of this stuff!

Julie notices the two other bowls of pasta in front of him.

Julie: Wow!  Make sure you don't gorge too much on this.  It might give you a bad stomachache.

James: I know.  It's just I haven't eaten in a day or so, and I am starved right now.

Julie: You haven't eaten in a day or so?  Are you nuts?  Why would you do that?

James: I've just been so busy with assignments and stuff for classes.  You know, I'm really swamped with classwork.

Julie: Yeah, me too.  I get it.  But, you still have to take time to have meals every now and again.
